Overview

The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and subcontractors. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with specifications and customer expectations. The Superintendent also provides accurate revenue and cost information to accounting staff, reviews invoices and cost reports, and mentors direct reports to promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
