About the Role
Mecon Construction is seeking skilled and experienced Paving Plant Operators to join our construction team.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on asphalt / concrete experience across a variety of construction / infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of asphalt and concrete equipment and machinery, including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and trucks to
- Undertake asphalt and concrete laying and related project activities, including laying, raking, shovelling, and compacting for carparks and roads.
- Follow company WHS procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with Supervisors, Leading Hands, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship
