About the Role
We are hiring a Call Center Scheduler for our office in Brampton OnT to handle incoming calls and schedule sleep study appointments. This is an office-based role focused on phone communication and coordination — no in-person patient interaction required.

- Schedule and confirm sleep study appointments
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Enter and update patient information in the system
- Coordinate schedules with internal team

- Strong communication and phone skills
- Prior call center or scheduling experience preferred
- Comfortable handling high call volume
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual for in-office work
