Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for radiology procedures, including MRI, X-ray, Mammogram, CT scans, and Ultrasounds.
• Utilize Exa RIS (Konica) to efficiently manage patient scheduling, records, and workflow.
• Verify insurance details, pre-authorizations, and patient eligibility before scheduling procedures.
• Provide patients with clear instructions regarding preparation, arrival times, and necessary documents.
• Answer patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Coordinate with radiology technologists and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies .
• Handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Document patient interactions, appointment details, and any special requests accurately.
