About the Role
In this role, you will partner directly with the Executive Chef to oversee our entire pastry kitchen operations. You will lead a talented kitchen team, drive quality control and HACCP food safety standards across all resort outlets, and craft unforgettable dessert experiences that exceed the expectations of guests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Executive Chef to oversee our entire pastry kitchen operations.
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily pastry kitchen operations, including staff scheduling.
- Provide hands-on training and performance management for the pastry kitchen team.
- Help design, develop, and execute high-end dessert and pastry menus for our restaurant outlets and bars.
