About the Role

 Pastry Chef

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef who loves combining creativity with precision. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality pastry and dessert dishes, ensuring everything served is both visually stunning and perfectly balanced.

Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you’ll contribute ideas, maintain high standards, and help deliver a consistent, premium offering across all services.

What you’ll be doing
Creating exceptional desserts and pastry items using fresh, seasonal ingredients

Managing your section of the kitchen efficiently and to a consistently high standard

Contributing new ideas for menus, with a focus on both indulgence and wellbeing

Ensuring presentation is always to a luxury, guest-ready standard

Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety practices at all times
