AMBROSIA- Kitchen Apprenticeship Program 2026
Ambrosia is inviting applications for its Kitchen Apprenticeship Program, designed as a direct pathway to a permanent role within our pastry team.
This is not an internship.
This is a structured, full-time apprenticeship for individuals serious about building a long-term career in professional pastry.
Over four months, selected candidates will train within our fast-paced, systems-driven production kitchen - gaining hands on exposure to :
- Production processes
- Finishing and quality standards
- Hygiene and workflow discipline
- Consistency and service readiness
Performance will be evaluated throughout and apprentices who demonstrate alignment with our standards, work ethic and culture will be offered a permanent position upon successful completion.
