: Reporting to the Paste Fill Surface General Supervisor , you will be part of the Surface Operations Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, operation, and optimization of the paste fill plant and supporting the backfilling UDS. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective paste production and distribution while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.You will lead the paste fill team and coordinates closely with mining, surface operations, maintenance, and technical services departments.
Operational Management
Supervise the daily paste plant operations, including batching, mixing, sand haul, binder haul and the distribution of the paste;
Assist with paste fill schedules with underground production teams;
Ensure consistent paste quality meeting geotechnical and strength specifications;
