Coach and mentor parts staff, promoting accountability and ownership while developing succession plans and growth opportunities.
Set clear goals and expectations for team members, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback through formal and informal conversations.
Conduct Employee Opinion Surveys and implement action plans to improve engagement and team effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Caterpillar stakeholders, vendors, and branches to ensure alignment on parts supply chain objectives.
