Key Responsibilities

• Functional leadership of a multidiscipline team responsible for delivering previously designed, custom manufactured components to support customer maintenance needs.
• Provide strategic leadership for the execution of T Part projects.
• Ensure effective project planning, reporting, timeline and budget control, and achievement of performance metrics.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular meetings with key senior staff, resolve conflicts, and negotiate new contracts.
