Role Overview
Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, the Parts Manager will lead the parts department at our High River location. This role oversees in‑store counter sales, inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and the supervision of parts and warehouse staff.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service & Parts Support
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by identifying parts needs, answering inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Service, Sales, Shipping/Receiving, suppliers, and customers to ensure parts are available and allocated to work orders as needed.
