About the Role

About the Role
:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Dealership. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
The position will involve the following:
Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries
Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
Respond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilled
Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
Assist with stock checking and order processing
Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
