About the Role

  • Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Assist internal teams with parts inquiries and availability.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions.
  • Support the parts team in organizing and labeling inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage parts returns, warranties, and exchanges.
  • Assist in generating reports related to inventory, sales, and procurement.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, administrative support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Experience in SAP systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
