About the Role
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist internal teams with parts inquiries and availability.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions.
- Support the parts team in organizing and labeling inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage parts returns, warranties, and exchanges.
- Assist in generating reports related to inventory, sales, and procurement.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, administrative support, or a similar role is a plus.
- Experience in SAP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
