Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at Smilepayz, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding new payment solution partners to support operations.

Your Role:

• Responsible for the development, onboarding, and maintenance of payment channels, including but not limited to banks, third‑party payment service providers (PSPs), e‑wallets, and local or cross‑border payment solutions;
• Continuously identify, evaluate, and introduce new payment channel resources to improve payment success rates, system stability, and cost efficiency;
• Handle commercial communications and negotiations with payment partners, including pricing, settlement terms, and cooperation agreements;
