About the Role
Hello!
At Factorial, we’re looking for a Partnership Development Manager based in Nairobi to help us grow and scale our partner ecosystem in East Africa, with a focus in the East region and Kenya. You will work in close coordination with the rest of the Global Expansion team based in Barcelona, Spain, who will travel to Africa several times a year.
You’ll play a key role in expanding Factorial through partnerships, working closely with local partners who sell, implement, and support our all-in-one HR SaaS solution. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your work directly impacts revenue, market presence, and long-term growth.
