POSITION PURPOSE

The Partner Solutions & Contracting (PS&C) Executive at AXA GBS is a highly strategic and influential role responsible for outlining and executing the growth strategy of the organization. The PS&C is responsible for taking ownership of the sales strategy, which includes identifying growth hotspots for entities, building a CoE pipeline, and proactively shaping future opportunities. They possess exceptional thought partnership skills and closely collaborate with Partner entities to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, potential innovative/new solutions, and growth strategy. Additionally, the PS&C brings the latest market thinking on use cases in the industry to support the entities in their respective strategic priorities.
