About the Role
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partner Onboarding & Training
Lead comprehensive enablement sessions for new and existing strategic partners.
Provide high-impact demonstrations of the MoEngage platform, tailoring the narrative to show how partners can leverage our tool to solve their clients' retention and engagement challenges.
Act as the Technical Translator, explaining the nuances of how MoEngage is set up, integrated, and optimized within a client's tech stack.
2. Content Strategy & Partner Academy Management
Take full ownership of the MoEngage Partner Academy.
Design, develop, and update certification course materials (videos, slide decks, quizzes) to reflect the latest product features and UI changes.
