The prime responsibility would be to ensure the first impression of Q is created such that the new employee is engaged to join us. Thereafter the phase of ensuring the connect sustains even when the candidate turns into an employee. The person would be responsible to promote the Quantiphi brand through a personal connect, be able to predict and assist the candidate on various queries, and enable information sharing to help them gain understanding of Q.
