Requirement

• Possess a Diploma in Education or a related field with a strong academic background to effectively deliver tutoring sessions.
• Preferable be good in Bahasa Malaysia language (able to handle primary and secondary Bahasa Malaysia).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, enabling clear and effective instruction and interaction with students and parents.
• Proven patience and empathy when working with children, creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that caters to individual needs.
• Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and tutoring techniques to adapt to different learning styles and maximize student comprehension.
• Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Gream Studio's program offerings, including Junior Speaker, Mandarin Drama, and Junior Journalist (Mandarin Language).
