Part‑Time Shift Leader

The Shift Leader plays a key role in assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role contributes to achieving business KPIs, upholding store standards, and assisting with various operational tasks including cashiering, opening and closing, merchandising, customer engagement, cash management, store upkeep, and shipment processing. The Shift Leader actively promotes the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty, creating a positive and energetic environment for both team and customers.
