Client Overview: The startup is in its third year, selling cosmetic ingredients B2B to manufacturers in Europe and the US. While the company has products, leads, and a CRM system (Pipedrive), it currently lacks dedicated sales personnel. The CEO manages multiple roles, creating the need for a self-directed sales professional to take ownership of lead follow-up, outreach, CRM management, and overall sales execution.
