**Required Skills and Responsibilities** :

Required hours are Saturday and Sunday (8:30am – 5:00 pm) every other weekend as well as general holidays with overtime as required to complete tasks; availability to cover vacation and sick days during the week for full-time associates is an asset.

+ Responds promptly to external and internal requests showing tact, courtesy and patience
+ Has both professional telephone etiquette and appearance
+ Possess a warm and friendly attitude along with a calm and rational mind set
+ Understands the need to quickly change priorities and responds in a positive manner
+ Has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with continuous interruptions to meet daily deadlines
