Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
QuickBooks Virtual Assistant
based in the Philippines to support our financial bookkeeping and data management. You will be responsible for ensuring that our QuickBooks Online account is accurate, reconciled, and up to date. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10 hours per week, perfect for a seasoned freelancer looking for a steady, long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Categorization:
Accurately code and categorize all bank and credit card transactions within QuickBooks Online (Must have attention to detail/ Accuracy). - Bank Reconciliation:
