TO Wards Peace seeks two part-time E-Mediators under contract for this impactful role within Children & Youth Services. Ideal candidates will engage with social media platforms to identify and de-escalate violent situations. Responsibilities include tracking online trends, providing insights, and facilitating community workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete mandatory E-VIBE Mediator training
• De-escalate incidents of online violence
• Monitor online emotional vulnerability and bullying
• Identify and track emerging violence-related trends
• Deliver quarterly insights and report generation
