Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buying & Inventory Operations Manager to oversee procurement, inventory lifecycle management, and project coordination for our staging operations.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

• Experience in buying, procurement, inventory operations, or logistics-related roles
• Ability to manage inventory lifecycle, including tracking, care, and maintenance
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and assets
• Strong planning and organizational skills to anticipate future inventory and project needs
• High digital literacy for managing inventory data and procurement tracking
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
