About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper with hands-on property management experience to keep our financials tight and organized. This is an in-person role for someone who prefers consistency and ownership over their work.


Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (AP/AR, reconciliations)




  • Maintain tenant ledgers and rent roll accuracy




  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements




  • Track property expenses and budgets




  • Prepare monthly financial reports




  • Support year-end prep with accountant
