We are working with a growing Perth-based business who are seeking an experienced Accounts / Administration Officer to join their team in Scarborough.
This is a permanent part-time position (3 days per week), ideal for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy and being a key support within a small business environment.

The Role
Working closely with leadership, you will take responsibility for:

  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
  • Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero (essential)
  • General administrative support as required
