About the Role
Job Title: Parcel Sorter – loading, unloading and sorting parcels
Location: Lutterworth – LE17 4XT. Please confirm you can travel to site for your shift.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Day & Night shifts (07:00–18:00 and 20:00–07:00) – 5 of 7 days. Full‑time only. Student applications not accepted.
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.40 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks)
Experience: None required; MHE experience preferable.

We are looking for Parcel Sorters to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need warehouse experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team‑player mindset.
