- Conduct detailed investigations, gather supporting evidence, and assess claims in line with policies and consumer law.
- Prepare accurate, well‑structured submissions for Fair Trading and relevant Tribunals.
- Coordinate documentation, timelines, and procedural requirements.
- Support internal stakeholders through the dispute resolution process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date.
