We’re helping our client find a Paid Video / Ad Creative Designer to scale performance creative through iteration + net new concepts. In this role, you will develop and optimize paid ad creatives while contributing to improved CTR, CVR, and thumbstop performance across campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize top-performing ads (Meta/Google)
- Create net new concepts by audience + benefit
- Develop high-volume variations (mutations)
- Align creative to CTR, CVR, thumbstop
