What You'll Do

• Scale our performance marketing across Google and Microsoft.
• Manage daily budgets and lead execution across 5+ countries.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding.
• Proactively test new Google Ads features and betas, exploring opportunities before broader industry adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Martech, Data, Product, Brand and SEO to ensure accurate tracking, strong creative/copy and brand alignment.
