We are seeking a Paid Marketer to support our paid efforts across Google, Meta and TikTok. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid campaigns that align with business goals
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI
• Craft compelling ad copy designed to drive clicks and conversions
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
• Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing pages
