About the Role
**Paid and Retail Media Manager** is responsible for overseeing the **CEE Paid Media Hub** , ensuring governance, operational excellence, and performance delivery across markets. It involves leading the strategy, planning, and optimization of Paid Media and Retail Media (marketplace dedicated) to drive **e-commerce growth** and cost efficiency.
A key part of the role is coordinating agency operations to ensure local execution aligns with regional priorities. Additionally, the role involves coordinating regional Joint Business Plans with key retail and media partners to translate commercial objectives into scalable and measurable activations across CEE.
