Responsibilities:

• Accurately and swiftly pick items from shelves based on real-time digital orders on a handheld scanner.
• Pack orders with care, following guidelines for fragile, chilled, and frozen items.
• Work seamlessly with the dispatch team to ensure orders are ready for riders the moment they arrive.
• Maintain impeccable organization in assigned aisles and cold storage areas.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in receiving new inventory.
• Achieve and exceed daily targets for pick speed, accuracy, and order fulfillment time.
