About the Role
**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Packaging Manager will improve the stability, capability, flexibility and availability of the processes and packaging while reducing variability and mitigating risks in the operational area. In this role, you will enable the operational/Packaging area to achieve line efficiency, cost targets while protecting our people, communities, the environment and assets; and honoring our business obligations.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Ensure daily packaging operations, ensure efficiency and an aligned continuous improvement process to effectively create, prioritize and handle a portfolio of projects and initiatives to maximize opportunity and value capture.
+ Manage Inventory of Packaging material and coordinate with Supply planner for Finished good Packaging, Raw material and Packaging material availability .
