About the Role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily e-commerce order packaging according to company SOPs
- Ensure packaging quality and accuracy (labels, quantities, fragile items, etc.)
- Monitor stock levels of products and packaging materials
- Prepare, track, and coordinate deliveries with couriers (last-mile & logistics partners)
- Maintain inventory records and assist in reporting for order fulfillment
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in order fulfillment
