Packaging Engineer

Responsible for designing packaging for finished products to ensure proper protection during handling and shipment, safeguard product quality, and reduce operational costs.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide technical support for on-site packaging operations.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging.
• Calculate the surface area of piece-rate coating products and determine the piece-rate pricing for the open spray booth.
• Implement lean improvements in workflows, operations, and tooling to cut costs and improve efficiency.
• Guide to perform standardized work on the first article of a new product according to customer drawing requirements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• At least Professional Certificate or Diploma.
• More than 2 years of experience in related roles and over 1 year of industry experience.
