What You'll Do:

• Leads the packaging development activities, documentation, and scale-up of new packaging in accordance with the approved design while continuously enhancing and improving the existing packaging formats.
• Performs the necessary test required on the packaging materials and components for New Product Development.
• Leads in the identification and accreditation of new packaging material and suppliers.
• Leads in the cost reduction projects (GPI) for the packaging materials, filling and packing process.
