✔ Lead packaging development from concept to commercialization
✔ Develop primary & secondary packaging (Glass, PET, HDPE, Pumps, Caps, Mono cartons, Laminates)
✔ Handle mould development & tooling coordination
✔ Drive value engineering & cost optimization
✔ Manage vendor development & technical approvals
✔ Work closely with Marketing, R&D & Supply Chain teams
