Lead end‑to‑end packaging innovation (Discover → Design → Develop → Validate)

Manage a 12+ member expert team across Technical Design, Reprography, Lab & Sustainability

Deliver 500+ NPI packaging specs annually with “First Time Right” excellence

Drive VAVE initiatives with ~5% annual cost savings

Ensure 100% compliance: LMR, PWM & BIS across all SKUs

Reduce COPQ & transit damages through advanced lab validation

Lead sustainability roadmap & packaging digitalization (PLM implementation)

Standardize packaging processes for 17,000+ SKUs

Require 15+ years of packaging innovation experience (consumer goods preferred)
