About the Role
Livspace is looking for a Packaging Designer to create and scale a cohesive packaging system across categories including Kitchen, Table Top, Soft Furnishings, and Home Décor.
Key Responsibilities
Create packaging concepts aligned with brand vision and retail positioning
Adapt and execute a master packaging template across multiple categories and SKUs
Ensure strong shelf impact and brand consistency
Study market and global packaging trends; conduct competitor benchmarking
Develop print-ready artworks and manage dielines
Coordinate with multiple vendors for artwork translation, sampling, and color matching as per brand specifications
Ensure production quality and consistency across batches
Requirements
3–6 years of packaging design experience (retail/private label preferred)
Strong concept development and system-thinking ability
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Good understanding of print production, materials, and color processes
