• An Kronos Payroll Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Kronos payroll systems for clients. The role involves analyzing payroll requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and delivering accurate, timely payroll processing.

• Strong knowledge of Kronos payroll platforms and configuration
• Hands-on experience in end to end payroll processing
• Understanding of statutory laws and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll reports, and data validation
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage client expectations
