Job Description
- Always search and acquire new customers.
- Must maintain minimum profit margin. (3 Times of based salary)
- Monitor all shipment movement or communication to ensure it operates smoothly.
- Receive customer feedback and try to find the best solution to suit customer needs.
- Able to visit customers to build relations occasionally.
- Able to travel aboard for convention.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s or degree in related fields
- Fluent with English is a must. (Speaking and writing)
- Having knowledge of using email outlook will be preferable
- Fluent with 3rd language will be preferable.
- Having experience in freight forwarding at least 2 years
