About the Role:
A well-established patisserie in Lebanon is hiring two Overnight Shift Managers — one for the Zalka branch and one for the Sarba branch.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the night shift team
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor production flow and maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare detailed handover and shift reports
- Foster a productive, positive work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably in F&B)
- Solid understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
