Outsourcing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Outsourcing Manager – Shared Services is accountable for the end-to-end performance,

governance, and continuous improvement of Entech Global Solutions' outsourced and shared services operations.

While the role currently oversees Finance, Human Resources, and Business Development Support, it is deliberately designed to scale to other operational, administrative, or specialist functions that may be outsourced as the company grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Own service delivery performance across all outsourced/shared services functions

● Establish and manage SLAs, KPIs, service standards, and escalation frameworks

● Oversee current functions (Finance, HR, Business Development Support) and onboard future

outsourced scopes

● Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement
