Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying bid opportunities throughout the territory
- Building relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturers, architects, and government agencies
- Using Salesforce and lead‑generation platforms to manage opportunities and track sales activity
- Visiting job sites to gather scope details and support accurate pricing
- Collaborating with sales managers, construction managers, and estimating teams on labor, equipment, materials, freight, and compliance requirements
