Position Overview

Outside Sales Representative – Status: Regular, Location: Cranbrook, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers based on criteria established by the Business Centre Manager.
  • Maximize sales to all customers.
  • Suggest alternative and complementary products.
  • Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions based on the circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of customers, products and the competition.
  • Track customer profitability and credit levels.
  • Notify Manager of any negative trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand strengths and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve the brand promise.
