About the Role
Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead one of our Food & Beverage outlets and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Sofitel brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and high quality standards
Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve service excellence
Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and resolving issues professionally
Monitor costs, revenue, and inventory to achieve financial targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless operations
