Job Title: Outbound Warehouse Manager
Location: Sysco Bahamas – Nassau, Bahamas
Employment Type: Full-Time , Nights
Reports to: Senior Warehouse Manager
Key Areas of Responsibility
Warehouse Operations Oversight
- Direct daily activities of outbound supervisors and associates across selection, replenishment, loading, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and regulatory standards (BAHFSA, Bahamas Department of Environmental Health Services).
- Drive improvements in Pieces Per Truck and Pieces Per Container for Family Island freight.
- Monitor labor hours, manage consumables, and align operational performance with budgetary goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service levels, productivity, and cost efficiency through management of Operational KPIs.
