Outbound Telemarketer / Sales Closer

We are looking for an Outbound Telemarketer / Sales Closer who can confidently make daily calls, follow up prospects, and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily to:
• Past clients
• Warm leads (inquiries and quote requests)
• Targeted business lists (schools, SMEs, event suppliers, etc.)
• Re-engage inactive leads and convert them into bookings
• Qualify prospects (budget, timeline, requirements)
• Handle objections and push for next steps (meeting, quotation confirmation, downpayment)
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with the internal team for feasibility and scheduling (no promises without confirmation)

Requirements

• Comfortable making 30–60 outbound calls/day
• Strong communication, confidence, and persistence
